This article takes you through the steps on how to update to the latest version of Faceforward.

Verify Install Version

Log into Faceforward.
Under the Application menu, click Faceforward Options.

NOTE The Application Menu is located in the upper left.

The current installation version should be visible.

Update to the Latest Version

This will update your install from any version 2.x to the latest version; however, if you are running version 1.3.9 or earlier please contact us. Please review the release notes prior to updating.

Go to http://www.faceforwardsoftware.com/ and log in using your client information.
Under the Client Center menu, click Downloads.
In the list, click the latest Faceforward Installer.
Have all users of Faceforward close out of their sessions.
Verify that no one is using Faceforward before you run the intaller.

NOTE Open the Faceforward directory and rename the Faceforward.exe to Faceforward1.exe. If it allows you to rename the file then there are no instances of Faceforward open. Make sure to rename the file back to Faceforward.exe.

IMPORTANT If there are instance of Faceforward open when you run the installer it will require you to reboot the install location computer.

Open the Faceforward download location, double-click Faceforward Installer.exe, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
