i was working on a report that was created on a different computer with the same user name password. when i tried to remove some of the filters in the saved report it did not let me, specifically, customer and order id. i went to a different computer that the one that created it and tried to change it, then changed the filters and it worked? why would that happen. also i created a report based on sales orders, and saved it, i asked someone to change a sales order price and they did, then i refreshed and the change would not appear? it there a time delay? i did this with estimated quantities and the change hit FF right away? why did the report not update?

Filtering has no time delay, it should be instant. If you are logged in as the same user it will not matter what computer you are using. I suggest you look in the Fields list and check to see if there are any other fields that are filtered (there will be a little filter icon next to any fields that are filtered.) If you have a field that is filtered that removes the data that you are trying to show again it will not become visible until you clear that part of the filter. I suggest that you clear your filter and then rebuild it so you do not have a field with a filter on it that you are not sure of filtering out your values.

Best Regards,
Dave
