When the client center is open, you can no longer navigate any of the screens in Faceforward. Every time I go to report a bug or make a suggestion, it seems that I need to get back into Faceforward to check something and the only way to do that is to close the Client Center or start another instance of Faceforward. Also, tell your spell checker that Faceforward is spelled correctly :-)

Bill,

In our next release we will be moving all Client Center activities to the web, but do not worry you will still be able to access it within the program. This change will allow all the functionality to be done within one minimizable window so you can access the center while you use the program.
