To group a date field into a different time interval, such as week, do the following:

1. Select the date field from the Fields Pane.
2. Under the Fields tab, in the Selected Field group, click New Field.
3. From the list click Date Grouping Field.
4. From the list click Week.
5. From the list click the desired grouping option.
