Is there any way to create a column that would show the ranking of the rows for each criteria? In excel it would be the Rank function where it compares one cell to the entire column and brings back the ranking.

Hi Tom,

Currently, there is no way to obtain a number result of ranking like you have described. It is a good idea and we have opened a suggestion based on this question. You can see this issue here.

As an alternative in the meantime you can order rank any Pivot Row or Column drop field by any field in the Data drop area using the Sort by Summary feature. Please view our help (F1) under View Basics->Sorting for more information on Sort by Summary.
