I wanted to take a minute to tell you that we are extremely pleased with our new Faceforward program. It already in the few days that we have used the product saved us hours of work. In plain English, we told you what we wanted, and in plain English you gave us a true user friendly product that we were able to start using immediately. For companies without IS departments this ability, along with an extremely easy setup, makes this product exceptional.

We now have the ability to extract the data we need exceedingly quickly and in the manner we want to see it. We can now analyze data in ways we would never think to do (or could do) in the past. We can more easily and effectively disseminate data to our sales reps, and people outside the office. Further, we can create views that provide for additional control in insuring that we have charged our growers correctly. Finally, being able to roll up data in the manner we want lets us make better decisions in dealing with both our growers and customers.

I have only been using Faceforward for a short time, but have found it extremely helpful in analyzing sales results. Based on results so far, I am planning on acquiring additional views for analyzing other information.

Whenever standard reporting just cannot do the job, no need to wait days or weeks for Custom Reporting. Faceforward excels in looking at the same data in a multitude of ways. This is extremely beneficial when working with Management, Customers, or Vendors that want to see data a very specific format. Using standard reporting it may be necessary to run multiple reports, import each into excel, and then spend time formatting and collating the data. Depending on the scale of a project this can take an entire day’s work.

With Faceforward, we can modify both formatting and the data simultaneously. If changes are necessary, they can be made on the fly, without a need to run more reports. This saves a tremendous amount of time and effort. Lastly, the work done can be saved, shared, and used again immediately -- Turning what used to be hours of work into just a few mouse clicks.

Here at Golden State Bulb Growers, Faceforward has allowed us to better manage our inventory and our order fulfillment process. Our production and sales departments use Faceforward on a daily basis as it allows tremendous flexibility in the presentation of our data.

Standard Famous reporting is fairly limited when it comes to grouping and sorting data. With Faceforward, we can literally group and sort our data as we please. We are no longer limited by the fields and groups available in Famous as Faceforward allows us to create custom fields and groups of any complexity. The advanced filtering capability of Faceforward allows us to quickly spot any inconsistencies in our inventory and to build reports that target those inconsistencies. The overall improvement in our ability to accurately track our inventory allows for more efficient order fulfillment and gives our sales department the ability to accurately forecast product availability for our customers.

In addition, the development and support teams at Faceforward are excellent. From custom view packs, to additional field requests, to bug reports, they have always responded to our needs in a very timely manner.
